By now you’ve probably heard about the threats from the notorious Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) to sue over toys in Happy Meals. It’s certainly silly, but typical fare from the killjoys and fun-haters at CSPI. We were happy to see CSPI’s head diet scold, Michael Jacobson, venture onto The O’Reilly Factor last night to defend his group’s latest ploy in the “No Spin Zone.” And Jacobson wound up on the receiving end of a serious tongue lashing.
